Hi, I’m Erica, a sun-loving Yogi based in Arizona, where the light of the desert sky often mirrors the brightness within!

I’m a Yoga Alliance-registered, 200-hour certified yoga teacher, deeply passionate about living a balanced, vibrant life guided by positivity, authenticity, and the transformative power of yoga.

Yoga became my guiding light during a time of profound challenge, leading me back to myself and showing me the path to deeper alignment of body, mind, and spirit. It is my daily anchor, helping me navigate life’s ebb and flow with grace and purpose. My practice has evolved into a beautiful journey of self-discovery, recently exploring and finding interest in more playful realms of yoga, such as testing the limits in trust and partnership in acro yoga as well as beginning to teach group yoga classes.

I find joy in the seamless flow of Vinyasa, the heart-lifting clarity of inversions, and the vibrant energy of chakra balancing and mantra meditation. Through these practices, I’ve unlocked a sense of peace and empowerment that I’m excited to share with you!
